i watched " Science Of Sleep" directed by Michel Gondry yesterday...for the first time.

昨日はミシェル・ゴンドリーの”恋愛睡眠のすすめ”を初めて見ました。

when i was on the last train to get home, a guy with Vincent Gallo's Tee Shirt was standing in front of me. this made me want to watch "Buffalo'66" .

the story itself is not really appealing to me, but visually it is quite fun.

おうちへ帰ろうと電車に乗ったら、私の前にVincent Galloって書いたTシャツ着てる人がいました。バッファロー’６６見たくなったよ。

ストーリー自体は、私にしてみればうーんって感じなんだけど。視覚的に楽しい映画。

Trainspotting

Everybody might know it already but for my note..."Trainspotting" is a British film directed by Danny Boyle based on the novel.Danny Boyle's fame was partly made by this film i guess. ( or people say )I have long been wanting to see, so I rented it....in vain.Every time i rent, had no time to watch it. but finally last night i watched.it became one of my favorite movies.even tho the story is dealing with stuff like drugs it is not dark and heavy. the music, camera work, the color,casting and so on were well balanced and surely great. Ewan McGregor was really coooool. loved it !

みんな知っているかも知れませんが、自分のためのメモとして...”トレインスポッティング”は小説をもとにダニー・ボイルが監督したイギリスの映画。ダニー・ボイルはこの映画がきっかけで有名になったとも言えるみたい。最近では”スラムドッグ＄ミリオネア”が評判よかったけれど、こちらはまだ見てません。

トレインスポッティングの話に戻りますが、この映画、ずっとずっと観たくて何度も借りたことがあるの。だけど借りる度に、結局時間がなくて、見れないまま返してしまっていたのです。

でも昨日の夜、やっと見る事ができました。好きな映画のひとつになった！ドラッグとかを扱ってるけど重かったり暗かったりしない。音楽や色やカメラワークやキャスティングなんかが絶妙。ユアン・マクレガーがかっこいい。

トレインスポッティングに加えて、ミシェル・ゴンドリーの"恋愛睡眠のすすめ"や

スパイク・ジョーンズの"マルコヴィッチの穴”を借りてきました。

好きな監督なのに見ていなかったから見ようと思って。

楽しみです。

でも外国人だから可愛いのかもーと思う。スタイルがね、違うから。

yesterday i went to see my friend, Will's painting.

his friends and he held a small exhibition at a cafe in Koenji.

everybody has own preferences for paintings or some sort of arts.

not because he is my friend, but because of my preference i liked his works the best at the exhibition.

昨日は高円寺に友達の、ウィルの絵を見に行きました。

彼と彼の友達で小さな展示会を高円寺のカフェで今開いているの。

人はそれぞれ絵とかアートってものに好みがあると思う。

友達だからって訳ではなく、ウィルのが一番すきかな。

私と友人の写真も撮ってくれて、昨日見たら写真アップされてました！

すっごく嬉しかったな。彼の写真はよくチェックして見ていたし、

好きなフォトグラファーに写真撮ってもらえてすごくラッキーだと思ってる。

Calvin Harris DJ set

Calvinは歌わず、DJやったんだけど。

もしかしたらサマソニいちばん楽しかったかもしれない。

自分の曲も使いつつmixしてったし、ずーっと楽しかった。

DJとか、同じ人のでずっと踊ってると時には飽きちゃったりするんだけど

彼はそんなことなかった。会場の盛り上げ方とかすごく上手。

動きも可愛いし、かっこいいし。本当に本当に楽しかった！

あっという間に時間が過ぎてしまったくらい。

Merrymaking At My Place 最後にかけてほしかったな。

雰囲気違うかもだけど、みんな踊って踊った後に

ゆるゆると、ゆれて終われたらすごく楽しかったと思う。

私と友人がこの曲すきだから、そう思うだけかなあ？

みんなゆらゆら揺れて、夕暮れ時で。

心地よくって、たのしくって、切なかったです。

ライブ、曲どうこうではなく。本当にあの時間は忘れないと思う。

Christopherの水玉のシャツが可愛かった。メンバーの一人(ギタリスト）が欠けてて残念。

代わりなしでやっていたよ。

ライブ楽しいと聴いていただけあって、すっごくよかった！

本当に、楽しそうに動いて歌っていて、こっちまで楽しくなるってことこと。

聴いてたら、すごく楽しかったんだと思う！

メンバーの一人が細ださくておもしろかった(笑）

こんなこと言ったら、好きな人は怒るかもしれないけれど。

愛嬌があるって意味で......

これから、もう少し彼らの音楽を聴いてみようと思う。

少し遅れてしまったので、着いたらこのSomething Good Can Workの途中でした。

この曲が最初だったのかな？？

去年の夏だか秋くらいからずっと好きだったし、曲も全部分かるから嬉しくて楽しかった。

最初はKitsuneがI Can Talkの映像をリリースしたのを見て、好きになったんだけど

その頃は今見たくYou Tubeにも彼らの映像はほとんどなかったんじゃないかなと思う。

こんなに有名になって、少し淋しい気持ちもあるけれど、でもやっぱり嬉しい。

ライブの最後はI Can Talk. あっという間に終わってしまったけど楽しかった。Alexかわいい♥

ライブでも変わらず歌が上手だし。これで同い年とは！びっくりです。

Undercover Martynやったのかな？すごく聴きたかったのですが。

ライブの後で、TDCCがTwitterで

" Tokyo...What can we say..that was AWESOME! Truly blew us away. Until next time"

って書いててすごく嬉しくなった。彼らも楽しんでくれたなら一番。

just a day, but some day

Yesterday, i attended Summer Sonic 2010 .

Since I could not go to Fuji Rock, I had long been looking forward this music fes.

It was truly awesome. I got there around 2 pm and saw.......

Two Door Cinema Club, Delphic,Passion Pit .......all of them at the Sonic Stage.

Then we moved to the Beach Stage to see Girls, and Tahiti 80.

and then went back to Messe, and saw Calvin Harris ( DJ set) ....at the Dance Stage

a little of Pavement at the Midnight Sonic.

afterwards, Brodinski, Gildas, Busy P, Steve Aoki at the Midnight Dance till the morning!

フジロックに行けなかった分、すごく楽しみにしていた。

本当に素晴らしかった。2時くらいに着いてから

Two Door Cinema Club, Delphic, Passion Pit をソニックステージで。

それからビーチへ移動して、Girls, Tahiti 80。

またメッセに戻って、Calvin Harrisをダンスステージで見て、

ミッドナイトソニックでPavement を少し見てから

後は朝まで休憩はさみつつミッドナイトダンスで、

Brodinski, Gildas, Busy P, Steve Aokiで踊っていたよ。

its been kinda unique week since the night my friends and I went out on friday.

adventures, discoveries, and surprises are included in this story...yes!

what i never expected happens, what i always believed about myself wasnt true

thus, lots of things happen and this makes me wonder if i changed. did I or am I changing?

im pretty sure that i am still what i am. just finding part of me which i did not know before.

とてもユニークな一週間だった。

冒険や発見や驚きがあった。

決して予期しなかったことが起こり、自分についてこうだと信じてたことは違ってたり。

そんな感じで色々なことがあった。

そいつらが、私って変わったのかな？変化してるのかな？と思わせる。

でもきっと、今でも私は私のまま。ただ単に、気がつかなかった自分の一部を発見している最中なんだ、と思う。

「好きになっちゃダメかな〜」と人セクのユリちゃんが言いそうなこと言ってみたりしてネタにしている。

この類いの話が楽しくて、女友達とふざけて言っているんだけど、口にしているうちに冗談と本気のラインがぼやけることがあるし。

よくない、よくない。

不毛だし。冗談だし。なし、なし。

me and my friends were talkin that each club really differs...depending partly on the place.

lebaron, for example, is located in aoyama and people there is a little older than that of...say some club in shibuya.

and since they ve got lots of seats, it is easier to make conversation there i think.

Womb in shibuya has almost no seats in da main floor, so when i go Womb i just dance

but again at lebaron, it is different and i am still remembering about a person i talked ahahah

how do i say in english? according to dictionary, unwholesome..lol

この曲はジャマイカがDJしてるときかけてた曲！たのしい。

友達と話していたのだけれど、クラブってそれぞれ全然違う。場所によってもね。

ルバロンだったら青山にあって、例えば渋谷にあるクラブより大人が多い気がする。

あと座るところもたくさんあるから、そこにいる人たちと会話になりやすい。

Wombだったら、メインフロアとか特にすわす場所ほとんどないし、ずっと踊っているけど。

ルバロンだと違う。だからか、普段はないようなことが起こるし、思い出すのです(笑）

色々な人と話すのは楽しいし、この夏は社交的になろう。

ルバロンの次の日、代々木公園で遊んで、友達が私の家にもう一泊してったんだけど

あの夜は大盛り上がりで、すごく面白かったなあ。

day three! continued

again, im posting this, thinking about FUJI ROCK.

tho summer vacation started last week, i am having classes this week.

its a summer class which supposed to give me 2 credit in a week!

またフジロックのことを考えてた。

先週夏休みが始まったんだけど、私は今週授業です。

夏期の短期の授業なんだけど、一週間行けば２単位くるのです。がんばる。

フジ１日目に出演した、JamaicaがDJしたのです。

FUJI ROCK fes day 3.

since last winter, i was sayin that i was going to go to FUJI ROCK, one of the biggest music fes in Japan

but then i found out that my friends werent goin

also, which day to go was a biggest question in my mind since artists i want to see were all performing different day ( yes..waz too hard to pick a day, nor could not afford for more than one day ticket i think)

so that i decided giving up on going there this year

last two day...since the fes started (its on 30, 31 of July and today ), i was feeling so bad about that i did not go there !!!!

okay, next year....!

去年の冬から、フジロックに行くって言ってきたのに、

友達が行かないってなったのと、見たいアーティストが３日間バラバラでどの日に行くかを決められないし、だからって１日以上行くお金はないしで行くの諦めたのです。

だけど、２日前からいざフジロックが始まって、今やってるのかーと思うとソワソワするし、残念でならなかった。

来年こそ！
